IK Multimedia Syntronik OXa Expansion Is A Free Download For A Limited Time

Ends June 17th, 2020

IK Multimedia is giving away the Syntronik OXa Synthesizer expansion for a limited time to all its newsletter subscribers. Unlike the Arturia OB-Xa Synthesizer, the OXa is not an emulation but a sample-based instrument. It features multi-samples from the original vintage synth which are mapped into a powerful Syntronik engine. Here you can find different filter emulations, sequencers but also a wide range of effects.

Syntronik OXa provides two timeless synthesizers; the Oberheim OB-X and OB-Xa. Manufactured from 1979-1981, the OB-X was built on the foundation of the SEM and 4-Voice instruments.  An iconic example of what the OB-Xa is capable of is the brassy sound used on Van Halen’s “Jump”.
